1. Introduction

The application relies on various third-party services to deliver data presented within its widgets and performs astronomical computations based on geographic coordinates and elevation. While we strive to ensure the highest degree of accuracy, data may be subject to inaccuracies or rounding errors inherent to system performance optimizations and energy efficiency requirements.

2. Liability

Under no circumstances shall the application, its developers, or any affiliated service providers be held liable for inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the data provided.

All data is furnished "as is," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information.

3. Usage Restrictions

The data supplied by the application is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use and must not be employed in scientific, professional, or commercial contexts.

Users are expressly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or utilizing any data, images, or other resources contained within the application in third-party services, software applications, websites, or printed or digital publications without prior written permission.

4. Subscriptions

KnowMine offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features and content.

• KnowMine Monthly – monthly auto-renewable subscription.
• KnowMine Yearly – yearly auto-renewable subscription.

Subscription prices may vary depending on your country, local taxes, and the pricing rules of the store you use. The exact price applicable to your region is always displayed within the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before completing the purchase.

Payment will be charged to your account with the store you purchased the subscription from at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.

If you subscribed via the Apple App Store, payment is charged to your Apple ID account, and you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.

If you subscribed via Google Play, payment is charged to your Google Play account, and you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to: Google Play Store app > Profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions on your Android device.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
